Seller Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing generated titles, item specifics, descriptions, and listing updates before publishing them. ListTune assists with optimization, but you remain responsible for compliance with eBay policies and applicable law.

Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when activity risks user safety, marketplace integrity, platform reliability, or legal compliance.
