One credit covers one listing-processing run. A credit may be reserved when processing starts and is returned when the run is recorded as failed. Unused monthly plan allowances do not roll over.

Yes — upgrade applies immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle so you keep the credits you’ve already paid for.

Listings pass through our pipeline, and we may cache recent listing state for up to 30 days to support operations and audit records. See the Privacy Policy for retention, subprocessors, and data-use details.

Yes. The Free plan includes 25 listing-processing credits each month and does not require a card. Paid subscriptions and one-time credit packs begin when you complete checkout.

Tuning pauses. You can either wait until your monthly reset, top up with a credit pack from $0.07/credit with no expiry, or upgrade.

Subscription charges and credit-pack purchases are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law. Email hello@listtune.com promptly about a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge so the billing record can be reviewed. No refund is promised based on sales, ranking, or ROI.

A bulk review request can contain up to 1,000 listing IDs, but AI work still consumes available credits. Connected eBay account caps are 1 for Free, 1 for Starter, 5 for Inkfrog Migrant, 2 for Professional, 5 for Business, and 25 for Enterprise.
