Inkfrog announced the shutdown on April 29, 2026; CSV export closed May 31 and the service ended June 1. Refunds for unused subscription days were prorated automatically.

Yes. Wix-owned Inkfrog announced the shutdown on April 29, 2026 and the service ended June 1, 2026. CSV export closed May 31; refunds for unused subscription days were processed automatically. Multiple competitors (Frooition, Voolist, MyListerHub, 3Dsellers) launched migration programs.

No. Your listings live on eBay, not Inkfrog — connect your eBay account and ListTune imports them directly: titles, item specifics, descriptions, images. The image rehoster works on live listings too, so descriptions using imgs.inkfrog.com can be fixed without any Inkfrog file.

Your live eBay listings keep working — those data live on eBay's side, not Inkfrog's. The risk is images: any image inside a listing description that's hosted on imgs.inkfrog.com or i.frg.im depends on a CDN nobody maintains anymore. Those URLs still resolve as of our last check (June 9, 2026), but when they're switched off, every listing using them shows broken-image icons. Rehost first — it requires the source images to still be online.

No. The CSV importer copies your `description` column's HTML verbatim into staged_listings. AI optimization only changes the title field and item_specifics; description HTML stays untouched. If you also want to AI-rewrite descriptions, that's a separate opt-in step.

Inkfrog's CSV uses option_1 through option_5 columns with parent/child rows. Our parser detects child rows by empty title + non-empty option values and inherits the parent's category and template, capturing the option attributes per child. Tested against the documented Inkfrog format.

No. ListTune is eBay-only. If you depend on Inkfrog for cross-channel inventory sync, pick a tool built for that — Voolist, Linnworks, or Rithum are stronger fits. ListTune can still run as the optimization layer for your eBay catalog inside any of those.

For new listings created on ListTune we use eBay native image hosting (12 free per listing). For Inkfrog migrations specifically, we rehost imgs.inkfrog.com and i.frg.im images to our own CDN as part of the import flow so your existing layouts survive the old CDN going offline.

Inkfrog shut down June 1 — what happens to my listings now?
Your eBay listings themselves keep working, but any image they reference at imgs.inkfrog.com now depends on a CDN nobody maintains. Those URLs still resolve as of our last check (June 9, 2026); when they are switched off, affected listings show broken images, buyers leave, and conversion drops 70%+. Our rehoster copies every image to our own CDN while it still resolves and rewrites your live listings to point at the new URLs — usually in under 30 minutes for a 1,000-listing store.
I can't log in to Inkfrog anymore — can I still migrate?
Yes. You don't need Inkfrog access to migrate — your listings live on eBay, not Inkfrog. Connect your eBay account to ListTune and our rehoster scans your active eBay listings, finds every imgs.inkfrog.com image, and rewrites them to our CDN. You skip Inkfrog entirely. If you also need your Inkfrog CSV export but can't reach it, email support@listtune.com — we can often reconstruct your library from your live eBay listings.
How long does the migration take?
Five minutes of your time. Then a background job runs for ~30 minutes per 1,000 listings while you do something else.
Inkfrog already shut down. Is it too late to migrate?
No — but the window is real. Rehosting works by downloading your images from Inkfrog's CDN, which still resolves as of June 9, 2026 even though the company is gone. Nobody is contracted to keep it online, and once it's switched off the images are unrecoverable from there. Migrate now, while the source files still load.
Will Inkfrog block this?
No. We don't touch Inkfrog at all. We download images they're already serving publicly, store them on our infrastructure, and update your eBay listings via eBay's official API.
What does it cost?
